Byron Turner, a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, relocated to Durham, North Carolina in July 1996 in pursuit of greater opportunity—and found exactly that. Over the years, he developed a deep connection to the city and a profound appreciation for its rich history, cultural complexity, and resilient spirit.Having lived in nearly every corner of the greater Durham area, Byron brings a unique, firsthand perspective to every tour.
